These Terms & Conditions govern operational communications and authorized use of ProSnow LLC services, systems, and messaging features.

Operational Communications

ProSnow may send SMS or MMS communications concerning snow-event assignments, scheduling and dispatch, operational status, company or zone announcements, service-related communications, and safety-related ProSnow notifications.

• Message frequency varies based on operational needs and weather events.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to SMS/MMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
• Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

This operational messaging program is not for promotional marketing.

Not an Emergency Service

ProSnow is not an emergency communications service. ProSnow SOS and safety features do not contact 911, emergency responders, or emergency services. In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service directly.

Availability and Delivery

Messages, alerts, and system features may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or undelivered because of network, carrier, device, internet, power, weather, or service-provider limitations. ProSnow does not guarantee continuous availability or delivery.

Acceptable Use

Users must use ProSnow communications, systems, and safety features only for authorized, lawful, and legitimate business or operational purposes. Users may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, impersonate others, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services to threaten, harass, or harm another person.

Information associated with these services is handled as described in the ProSnow Privacy Policy.
