We may legitimately collect and use business and operational information, including contact details, account and role information, work assignments, service records, communications, device or system information, and other information reasonably necessary to operate ProSnow, provide services, administer our workforce, meet legal obligations, and protect people and property.
Operational SMS/MMS Communications
ProSnow may send operational SMS or MMS messages to employees, contractors, managers, and other authorized ProSnow users. Messages may include snow-event assignments, scheduling or dispatch updates, operational status notifications, company or zone announcements, service-related communications, and safety-related ProSnow notifications.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS/MMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Location and activity information is limited to legitimate safety, dispatch, routing, service verification, payroll and accountability, and audit purposes. ProSnow does not use this information for covert surveillance or idle-time productivity scoring.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Third-party service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to ProSnow, such as communications, hosting, workforce administration, routing, or other operational support. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical protections appropriate to the nature of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably appropriate for legitimate operational, contractual, legal, safety, payroll, accountability, and audit purposes, after which it is deleted or otherwise handled appropriately.
